AirAudio for Windows is an independent, unofficial product. It is not affiliated with, authorized, sponsored or endorsed by Apple Inc., Google LLC, Sonos, Inc., Microsoft Corporation or any other company.

02"As is" — no warranty
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that it will work with every speaker, network or PC, or that it will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free. Speaker makers can change how their products behave at any time, which can affect the App.
03Auto sync and audio levels
Auto sync estimates each speaker's delay from test sweeps heard by your PC's microphone. Results depend on your room, microphone and speakers and may not be exact; you can always adjust a speaker's delay by hand. During Auto sync, speakers briefly play test sweeps at a moderate level. Keep volumes at a comfortable level — you are responsible for protecting your hearing and your equipment.
04Promotions
The App shows promotions for our own apps. They link to Google Play, which is operated by Google under its own terms and policies.
05Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages (including loss of data, device damage, loss of profits or service interruption) arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the App — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
06User responsibility
The App is intended for lawful, personal use with hardware and accounts you own or are authorized to use. You are solely responsible for making sure your use complies with all applicable laws and with the terms of any device or service you use it with. The App streams audio already playing on your own PC to your own speakers; it does not remove or circumvent digital rights management (DRM).
